The Yacht Charter Training Academy offers the only professional certification training designed specifically for crew new to working in the 40-70ft midsized charter yacht industry. We emphasize career progression and essential everyday skills for all roles including chefs, skippers, and third crew members. These skills include planning and executing charters, basic vessel maintenance, and succeeding in small teams. OnDeck is a leading RYA and MCA accredited training center in Antigua, with a range of both theory and practical training for our candidates. Located in beautiful English Harbour, Antigua, OnDeck boasts modern boats, expert trainers, and incredible waters to provide candidates with training from novice through to Ocean Yacht Master. Given its home in one of the biggest yachting hubs in the world, OnDeck is in the middle of the action, giving students the ability to transition smoothly from school, straight on board.
