Careers in Yachting
The yachting industry is an incredible world, where the possibilities are endless. On the surface, it brings you to some of the most stunning places in the world, and upon adventures you’d never dream of. On a deeper level, it teaches discipline, adaptability, and the power of mentorship.

Development

The true power of our industry is the journey of self growth, in an environment where mentorship is held in the highest regard, and unlimited possibilities are within reach. A career in the maritime industry is apprenticeship based, meaning new crew begin in entry level positions, to gain experience and knowledge, becoming eligible for new educational milestones and job opportunities.

While many may think of the yachting industry solely as large motor yachts, there are many different types of vessels, each providing their own unique environments. There are megayachts, both sailing and motor, with large crews, and exacting standards. Life on board is more structured, and the opportunity for advancement is substantial for those who want it.

There are also smaller vessels with a more laid back environment, traditional vessels, racing boats, fishing vessels, or exploration style yachts. Our career counseling process focuses on assessing our candidates personality, goals, and strengths to make an informed decision on what type of position they would be most suited towards, a mentor from that area, and a tailored educational plan towards their individual goals.
